We met last year; we were friends for a very short while
When I was sad you were always there to make me smile
We always hang out and just have fun
Doesn’t matter the weather, rain or sun
We talk on the phone almost every day
We laugh at anything no matter what we say
We tell each other secrets that are so rare
That with nobody else we can share
You are there for me, as I am there for you
To each other we were and will always be true
Our friendship has lasted so long
Because throughout hard times we were strong
We got each other’s back; we are always there
Even when we are in a fight we would still care
You have been the best friend you could ever be
Keep it up and you will see: what a strong friendship we have, you will agree
I am so glad you are my best friend
I hope we’ll be best friends until the end!
