I once had a friend who meant alot to me
But she put me down as you can see
We used to hangout
We used to write notes
We'd sit n talk
And even tell jokes
At night we'd lay in our bed
And just listen to what each other said
But things changed and became a fright
She put me down and I cried EVERYNIGHT
Our friendship just kept fading as hatred came about
I could tell I needed her back without a doubt
I was at the point where I couldn't think about anything else
but just what we were doing to ourselves
I told myself "im sick of being upset over you"
I just really didnt know what to do
I finally realized I lost a friend
but it would all come out in the end
now that I know it'll be ok
I dont sit and think about it throughout the day.
