It was amazing though becasue it was in the rain just as i was leaving his front porch. I was really mad at him and i was yelling becasue i heard these rumors he made up about me. "how could he say such things?" i thought to myself. I started walking away from him and he grabbed my arm... "just wait please... i need to tell you something" he said in his irisistable voice. he took a pice of paper from his pocket. He started reading it... it was a poem about all that he liked about me and our friendship and alll that we had gone through. I was in tears by now. He handed me the paper saying that he wanted me to have it. I opened it and it was so soaked by the rain i could hardly make out the lettering. I read it to myself... "Sarah, will you marry me?" i was so shocked and stood there frozen just looking at the paper... tears falling from my eyes. "so?" he said to me. I replied with a huge hug. I kissed him softly on his perfect lips... slowly feeling his warmth in the cold wet rain. "yes" i replied softly... Later i called him. While we were on the phone he told me that he had memerized the poem and pretended to read it off the paper... what an amazing day...
