About you
by Sarah Christine
The soft summer breeze,
the warm misty air,
seem more pleasant now
because you are there.
My heart is helpless,
my knees get so weak,
I get butterflies inside
every time I hear you speak.
I think about you all day,
and at night before I go to bed,
Visions of you holding me
waltz around in my head.
Lips so sweet and tender,
heaven sent, so splendor.
The most beautiful heart
I could ever dream of,
you are my angel
sent from above.
Never before have I believed
in love at first sight,
but I believe now
in what I'm feeling tonight.
You have become
my everything, my all,
My only hope is that
you will be there
to catch me,
catch me when I fall.
