But you never seem to believe me,
Every time I'd be texting you, you always seem to tease me.
Coming to see you is something I'll never regret,
I can't believe how cold it was but holding you just made me forget.
When we kissed that night,
I thought this can't be true,
I'm stood at your doorstep and I've had my one kiss with you.
After we'd kissed you took my breath away,
I wanted to come in for more but i knew i couldn't stay.
When i got home all i could think about was you,
I'll never forget that cold Friday night,
The night we had our kiss at 2.
The morning after and i couldn't get you out of my head,
Apart of me wishes I would have stayed with you instead.
They say love works in mysterious ways,
I'll always think what it would have been like if I had just stayed. |
