So many poems i read
So many girls and boys who hide.
But I don’t judge them
Since I’m one of them too.
Everyday,
Like you and you and you,
We give fake smiles to our secret loves
We try so hard that one day
We’ll get in return
"I love u too".
So many poems I read,
So many girls and boys who try
To cover up their feelings,
But we can’t help it.
It’s not our fault if this girl or boy
Is in our mind,
And who takes all the space in our hearts.
Who are you to judge,
People who say
‘poor loosers’ or
‘they have nothing else to do’
If our feelings take control of us,
And I know,
That you are in the same spot as us,
Not wanting to receiving pain,
day by day,
Because your secret love,
Doesn’t know what you feel for her or for him,
Just treats you like a friend, and you would want it to be more.
So many poems I read.
So many girls and boys who are broken hearted,
By their secret love,
Who don’t know,
And might never know.
How much they are loved.
