My Secret Box
by Rebecca Reese
The first day I met you
I knew you were the one
You were so understanding,
so sincere
But I left you a secret
My love I cannot shout
Your name I do whisper
A name I love to say
I wish you were mine
So let me tell you a secret
you belong in my secret box
With all my other secrets
But you I cherish most
You are my prized possesion
And yes, you hold the key to my box
So lock yourself in or lock yourself out
But if you ever get lost remember the box is trapped in my heart, my soul
You I love most, you banished all my fears, all my doubts
So dont lose that key
you are my secret love and belong in my secret box.
